Traveling with Pets
We know how hard it can be to part with your pet, even for a short time during a trip. That is why we have gathered everything you need to know about transporting animals: how to book the service, prepare the documents and carrier, and what rules are important to consider before the flight.

Pet transportation is an additional service that is paid for separately.
You can find out its cost and arrange the transportation when purchasing your ticket at the additional services selection stage.
The number of quotas for transporting animals in the aircraft cabin is limited for each flight. Therefore, if all seats for transporting animals on your flight are already taken, unfortunately, you will not be able to book the service through the website or an agency.
If you have any questions, you can always contact our hotline:

- Only dogs, cats, and ornamental birds are permitted in the aircraft cabin. The transportation of animals in the cargo compartments of passenger aircraft is not available.

- The following are not allowed for carriage:

Animals listed in the Red Data Book

Animals with a strong, distinctive odor
- The passenger must submit a request for animal transportation no later than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
- The possibility of transporting an animal depends on the regulations of the countries of departure, transit, and destination.
- The passenger is independently responsible for obtaining all necessary supporting documents and complying with the requirements of the countries of departure, transit, and destination.
- The airline may refuse carriage of the animal if the required documents are missing or improperly completed.
Required Documents
- To transport an animal, you must prepare the following documents:
- – Veterinary passport with up-to-date vaccination records;
- – International veterinary certificate, if required by the rules of the country of destination;
- – Documents confirming veterinary control clearance at the departure airport, if required by law;
- – Other documents necessary for the import, export, or transit of the animal in the respective countries.
For service animals, passengers must also provide documentation confirming that the animal has completed the relevant training and is officially recognized as a service animal.
Carrier Requirements
- The passenger must independently provide the transport container (carrier) for transporting the animal.*
Detailed requirements are provided in the section "Requirements for Animal Transport Carriers".
The carrier must be suitable for transporting the specific type of animal. Inside, the animal must be able to stand up to its full height, turn around, and lie down in a natural position.
Transporting two or more animals in a single carrier is permitted if they belong to the same biological species and are related. However, this method of transportation is not recommended.
- The carrier must be equipped with a secure locking mechanism to prevent the door from opening accidentally or being opened by the animal. It must also provide adequate ventilation and have a waterproof, absorbent lining on the bottom to prevent liquid leakage. The use of an absorbent pad is recommended.
- The carrier must remain closed throughout the entire flight, and the animal must remain inside it.
- During the flight, the carrier must be placed under the seat in front of the passenger. It is prohibited to let the animal out of the carrier, remove it from the carrier, or feed it during the flight.
