How can I book a ticket?
You can book a ticket in one of the following ways:
- on our official website;
- through our support service by phone;
- via official partners and agencies.
Before purchasing a ticket, be sure to register on the website. After registration, select your desired date, route, and service class, then follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your booking.
What payment methods are available for purchasing tickets?
When purchasing tickets through the website and support service, the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, MIR payment system, and local Uzbek cards — UzCard and HUMO.
What fare plans does Centrum Air offer and how do they differ?
Centrum Air offers three fare options:
Base — 8 kg carry-on baggage, meals included, seat selection available for an additional fee, no refunds or changes permitted. An additional fee applies to increase the carry-on baggage allowance up to 10 kg.
Optimal — 8 kg carry-on baggage, 23 kg checked baggage, meals included, refunds and changes are available before departure for an additional fee. An additional fee applies to increase the carry-on baggage allowance up to 10 kg.
Comfort — 8 kg carry-on baggage, 23 kg checked baggage, meals included, refunds and changes are available before departure for an additional fee. An additional fee applies to increase the carry-on baggage allowance up to 10 kg.
Please note: baggage allowance limits, as well as refund and ticket change conditions, may vary depending on the destination.
How can I change or cancel my ticket?
Ticket changes or cancellations must be made through the original point of purchase. If the ticket was booked on our website, changes can be made via your personal account or by contacting support. Refund and change policies depend on the selected fare.
What if I miss my flight?
If you miss your flight, the ticket is non-refundable. However, in some fares, rebooking may be possible with a penalty fee — contact the point of purchase. If the ticket was booked through our website, contact support or log into your account to check available options under your fare conditions.
How will I know if my flight is delayed or canceled?
If there are changes to your flight schedule, a notification will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Please check your email to stay informed.
How do I check in for a flight?
Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure and only for flights from Tashkent. You can check in via our website. Airport check-in is also available at the check-in counter.
What should I know about carry-on and checked baggage?
Carry-on must not exceed 7 or 8 kg (depending on route), and its total dimensions must not exceed 113 cm (length + width + height).
Checked baggage, if included in your fare or purchased separately, must not exceed 23 or 32 kg depending on the fare and route. Maximum size: 158 cm (total of all three dimensions).
Note: Baggage rules may vary on charter flights. Please confirm at the time of booking.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Name changes are only possible through customer support and are subject to a service fee.
Are there discounts for children, students, or seniors?
Children under 2 years old can fly on a parent's lap with a 90% discount. If a separate seat is booked, the child fare (75% of adult fare) applies — available on selected fares only.
Children aged 2–12 also get a child fare (75% of adult fare) on selected fares.
Unfortunately, there are no discounts for students or seniors.
What should I do if I lost my baggage?
If your baggage is lost, do not leave the arrival area. Report immediately to the Baggage Tracing Department at the airport and file a claim.
Then, send an official email to: info@centrum-air.com with a brief description and the following documents:
- copy of the report filed at the airport;
- passport copy;
- baggage tag;
- flight ticket;
- photos of the luggage (if available).
What services are available for passengers with disabilities?
Passengers with disabilities can request a wheelchair in advance via the personal account on our website, at the check-in counter, or by contacting support. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure.

How can I find out what documents I need for travel?
Depending on your destination, you may need:
- a visa obtained in advance from the destination country's embassy;
- a visa on arrival (if available);
- compliance with entry restrictions set by the destination country.
Before international travel, check the visa requirements on official government websites and your own country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
Note: Passengers are solely responsible for having all required documents properly prepared.
What are the rules for traveling with pets?
We only accept cats and dogs for transport, and only in the cabin with the passenger. This is a paid service and must be booked at least 24 hours before departure via your account on our website.
Transport conditions:
- Total weight (pet + carrier) must not exceed 10 kg.
- Maximum carrier size: 44×30×26 cm.
- Only one pet carrier per passenger.
- Up to two animals of the same species may travel in one carrier, provided weight and size limits are met.
- Transport of animals is available on all routes except UAE.
Important:
- Pets may not be removed from their carriers at the airport, terminal, or on board.
- Feeding pets during check-in or the flight is not permitted.
Required documents:
- Pet passport;
- Health certificate with vaccination records;
- Vaccination certificates;
- Any additional documents required by departure, transit, or destination countries.
What are the conditions for unaccompanied minors?
Children aged 5 to 16 can travel without an adult only if the Unaccompanied Minor Service is booked. The airline ensures supervision at every stage of the journey. This is a paid service and must be added at ticket purchase. It cannot be added later.
The child’s age is determined on the date of departure.
Important:
Unaccompanied minors who are citizens of Uzbekistan aged 5–16 are not allowed to travel alone on international flights departing from Uzbekistan.
Minors from other countries may travel unaccompanied with:
- birth certificate;
- notarized parental/guardian permission for travel with Centrum Air.
Are there any restrictions for flying during pregnancy?
We care about your safety and comfort during pregnancy. Please observe the following rules:
- Up to 31 weeks (single pregnancy) / up to 27 weeks (multiple) — no restrictions.
- Weeks 32–35 (single) / 28–32 (multiple) — medical certificate required, issued no more than 7 days before the flight.
- From week 36 (single) / from week 33 (multiple) — flying is prohibited.
What are the rules for transporting strollers and child seats?
Each passenger may bring one of the following:
- foldable baby stroller;
- large foldable stroller;
- child car seat.
Maximum weight: 20 kg.
Conditions:
- For children under 2 years — free of charge.
- For children 2 years and older — additional fee applies.
Is food provided on board?
Yes, complimentary food and drinks are served on board. All meals are Halal-certified.
Can I choose my seat on the plane?
Yes, seat selection is available for an additional fee. If not paid for, a seat will be assigned automatically at airport check-in.
