KYC Driven. Risk Controlled

Before entering into cooperation, the Know Your Customer (KYC) principle is applied, including an analysis of the partner’s business structure, operations, and geographical presence.

Ownership. Transparency and control

Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) are identified, Politically Exposed Person (PEP) status is verified, and the business reputation and authority of representatives are assessed. Cooperation is possible only in the absence of sanctions restrictions and after completion of the full due diligence procedure.

AML Protection Built-In

A zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and terrorist financing is in place. Cooperation is possible only with verified counterparties with confirmed lawful sources of funds.

A compliance control and internal audit system is in place, with regular risk assessments and the implementation of measures to minimize them.

Deep Due Diligence. Verified Partners

Comprehensive due diligence of counterparties is conducted, including financial, banking, and tax information, as well as ownership structure.
