Centrum Air Fleet Welcomes a New Aircraft

15 May, 2026

Centrum Air announces the latest addition to its fleet: on May 14, 2026, the airline's sixteenth aircraft – an Airbus A320-214 with registration number UK32077 arrived in Tashkent.

The Airbus A320 is one of the most reliable and widely operated narrow-body airliners in the world, with a proven track record on medium-haul routes. The aircraft seats 186 passengers and offers a high level of onboard comfort. The new addition will strengthen the airline's operational capabilities and will be deployed on key routes across the Middle East and CIS countries.

Following the airline's longstanding tradition, the aircraft has been named after an outstanding figure of Uzbek culture and history. The aircraft bears the name of Alisher Navoi – a great poet, thinker, statesman, and enlightener of the 15th century, whose legacy remains a symbol of Uzbek identity and the nation's spiritual greatness. Navoi laid the foundations of Uzbek literature and continues to hold a place of profound significance in the hearts of millions around the world.

"Fleet growth is the foundation of our airline's development. It means new destinations, a broader route network, and greater accessibility of air travel for our passengers. By naming our aircraft after the great figures of Uzbekistan, we are building not only a fleet, but also our country's symbolic presence in global aviation." — Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, Founder and CEO of Centrum Air.

This latest addition reflects Centrum Air's consistent commitment to expanding its route geography and making air travel more accessible.

Today, the Centrum Air fleet includes four named aircraft: Amir Temur (UK32070), Abdulla Qodiriy (UK67022), Beruniy (UK67009) — and now Alisher Navoi (UK32077).
