Centrum Air Opens Europe: Launch of Direct Flights to Frankfurt and Copenhagen in Spring 2026

Centrum Air, Uzbekistan’s largest private airline, is pleased to announce the launch of its first European routes as part of the Summer 2026 schedule.
This marks a key milestone in the airline’s history and an important step forward in the development of its international network.

Starting 30 March 2026, Centrum Air will begin direct regular flights from Tashkent to Frankfurt, followed by the launch of Tashkent to Copenhagen flights on 31 March 2026.

Both new European routes will be operated twice a week on modern and comfortable Airbus A321neo aircraft. Flights to Copenhagen will operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a flight time of 7 hours 30 minutes. Ticket prices start from 3,000,000 UZS one way, including checked baggage.

Flights to Frankfurt will be available on Mondays and Fridays, with a total travel time of 8 hours 15 minutes and ticket prices starting from 3,700,000 UZS one way.

The Airbus A321neo aircraft operating these routes represent a new generation of airliners, offering reduced noise levels, improved fuel efficiency, and enhanced cabin comfort, ensuring an enjoyable travel experience for passengers.

Centrum Air Builds a New Transport Bridge Between Europe and Asia

In addition to direct services, Centrum Air is actively developing Tashkent as a modern transit hub. Passengers from Denmark and Germany will benefit from convenient connections to Bangkok, Seoul, Guangzhou, Phuket, Delhi, Male, and other destinations.

The airline plans to further expand its European presence in the coming years. Routes such as Manchester and Barcelona are currently under consideration, reflecting Centrum Air’s long-term ambition to strengthen its role as an international carrier connecting Europe and Asia through Uzbekistan.

For the comfort and safety of passengers, Centrum Air applies unified carry-on baggage rules for items transported in the aircraft cabin.Each passenger may bring one piece of carry-on baggage on board free of charge, weighing up to 8 kg.The total dimensions must not exceed 115 cm. The recommended size is 55 × 35 × 25 cm. All elements are included in the measurement, such as pockets, handles, and wheels.A special carry-on tag is attached during check-in.At the airport, carry-on items may be checked using a baggage sizer and must fit freely inside it. Additional checks may also be conducted at boarding.On board, carry-on baggage must be placed either under the seat in front of you or in the overhead bin. A compact, foldable stroller may be carried instead of standard carry-on baggage.In addition to the main carry-on allowance, passengers may also bring the following items free of charge:• a small backpack, handbag, or laptop bag (up to 30 × 40 × 10 cm)• a blanket• reading materials• baby food• an umbrella or walking cane• one duty-free shopping bagThese items are not included in the measurement of the main carry-on baggage.If your carry-on exceeds the permitted number of items, weight, or dimensions, it must be checked in as registered baggage at the check-in counter. Centrum Air has updated the check-in and boarding cut-off times for its domestic flights.Check-in now closes 45 minutes before departureBoarding is completed 25 minutes before departureThese changes are aimed at improving on-time performance and ensuring the timely execution of the flight schedule. The updated rules apply to domestic routes, including flights to Urgench (Khiva), Nukus, Bukhara, and Termez. Passengers are kindly advised to arrive at the airport in advance to complete all pre-flight procedures comfortably.Centrum Air continues to enhance its operational processes to ensure schedule reliability, passenger comfort, and a high standard of service.

During the recent visit to Pakistan, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev specifically highlighted the expansion of direct air links between the two countries.
