Centrum Air has opened its first ticket office at Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport, marking an important step in enhancing customer service and providing offline passenger support. The official opening ceremony took place on February 2, 2026.

A festive program was organized for guests and passengers, featuring entertainment activities and welcome speeches from representatives of both the airport and the airline. Special attention was drawn to one of Centrum Air’s key brand symbols – the mascot Centrik, who greeted visitors, took photos with passengers, and helped create a warm, celebratory travel atmosphere.
The primary purpose of the ticket office is ticket sales and immediate passenger support, offering assistance and on-the-spot service.
At the ticket office, passengers can:
purchase and exchange tickets;
select preferred seats for a more comfortable flight;
purchase priority check-in to reduce waiting time at the airport;
pay for excess baggage or additional carry-on allowance.
This allows travelers to resolve most pre-flight matters quickly and conveniently in one place, saving time and ensuring a smoother journey.

In the near future, the ticket office will also offer travel insurance and eSIM services. These additions will help passengers feel more confident while traveling: insurance provides financial protection in unforeseen situations, while eSIM ensures instant mobile connectivity and internet access upon arrival without the need to search for local operators.
Centrum Air consistently focuses on making air travel more accessible while maintaining a high standard of service and personalized support. The new service point combines affordable fares with convenient add-ons and hands-on assistance at every stage of the journey from ticket purchase to departure and arrival creating a simple, seamless, and passenger-friendly travel ecosystem.

London, UK, 4 March 2026 – Centrum Air has successfully completed a comprehensive train-the-trainer programme with the support of Acron Aviation. This initiative has equipped our internal training team with the expertise and skills needed to independently deliver Crew Resource Management (CRM) training to our pilots.The initiative represents a significant step forward in enabling culture change within Centrum Air, providing its instructors with the skills, tools, and knowledge to deliver CRM training, including Human Factors through a sustainable, in-house model. Acron Aviation’s dedicated training team, experts in CRM, designed and developed the tailored courseware, delivered a series of train-the-trainer workshops, and supported the initial roll-out alongside Centrum Air’s newly qualified instructors. This collaborative approach ensures both immediate operational readiness and long-term training resilience.David Coward, President, Acron Aviation, said: “Empowering airlines to build their own training capability is central to our philosophy of creating lasting value for our customers. By equipping Centrum Air’s team to independently deliver CRM training, we are not only enhancing operational safety and efficiency today but also supporting their long-term growth ambitions.” Coward continued, “This programme reflects our commitment to building ongoing partnerships, working side-by-side with our customers to develop sustainable solutions that strengthen their organisation for years to come.”The benefits to Centrum Air extend beyond operational efficiency. By embedding CRM principles deeply into its safety culture, the airline is strengthening pilot performance, supporting its growth trajectory, and advancing its application for European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulatory approval - an accreditation that requires robust CRM practices.Eldar Khamdeev, Deputy CEO for Flight Operations, , LLC My Freighter / Centrum Air said: “This foundational approach positions Centrum Air as innovators, being the only airline in region with the capability to independently conduct CRM training. The benefits of upskilling our trainers, enhancing pilot capabilities and reducing reliance on external providers will only strengthen the airlines safety culture.”This milestone further reinforces the growing partnership between the two organisations. Centrum Air pilots already complete their Type Rating training at Acron Aviation’s London Training Centre, and with Acron Aviation maintaining oversight of CRM standards, the collaboration continues to build long-term value for both companies.

Centrum Air announces adjustments to fuel surcharges on certain international routes. The decision has been made in response to the significant increase in aviation fuel prices on global markets.The changes affect several scheduled routes where fuel price dynamics have had the greatest impact on operating costs. The adjustment of the fuel surcharge is intended to partially offset increased expenses and ensure the sustainability of the flight programme.At the same time, base airfares remain competitive, and the introduced changes are limited in scope and applied selectively to specific routes. The airline is taking measures to optimize costs and minimize the impact of external factors on ticket prices for passengers.Centrum Air emphasizes that this decision will help maintain schedule stability, uphold high flight safety standards, and ensure continuity of operations amid volatility in aviation fuel prices.
